The Woodall Foundation was founded as a compassionate response for children in need. In February of 1999, Martin Woodall, Vice President of Mark Cuban Companies, set out in an effort to give back to the community where he had lived, worked and experienced a great deal of financial success for the past 20 years. The idea of a non profit foundation appealed to Martin, as it allowed him to help others who are less fortunate.
Martin chooses his beneficiaries wisely and prefers the smaller local organizations aimed at helping children and their families overcome the hardships associated with being medically challenged. From time to time, Martin likes to visit the facilities who benefit from his foundation’s contributions, so he can personally see how his efforts have changed the lives of those he has reached.
To date the Woodall Foundation via our friends and supporters has donated over $1,000,000 to children’s charities throughout the Dallas area and is committed to the continuance of helping these organizations in the future.
